I’ve been doing a little research, and it would seem that I can do a veggie keto diet that’s also anti-inflammatory. Veggie keto has been working really well for me in helping me lose weight, but i want to make sure that it’s also as anti-inflammatory as possible to to help support my arthritis.
Would anyone else be interested? I was going to add it as a subject to focus this blog on and wondered if there would be any interest in it?
