Cheap. easy and filling, exactly what every spoonie needs when they want a decent dinner but don’t want to have to cook anything complicated. The pasta, pesto and feta come from Lidl and the total cost for all 3 was about £3, and there’s at least 6 meals there if you have small portions like I do. The seasonings are just whatever I happened to have in my cupboard.
All you need to do i boil the pasta (i put my seasoning in the water), stir in the pesto when the pasta is drained and then crumble the feta over the top. Easy peasy! If you had some tomatoes, you could chuck those in too. Any veggies really, chuck them all in!
The whole thing takes about 10 minutes depending on the type of pasta you use. I always make more than one portion too so that I have another meal for the next day.
